Pet's Story or Bio
Sassy is my third pyrenees from AGPR. My first (Twinkers Cloud aka Addie Fiona) was raised by a young family who adopted two pyrs from a breeder and "donated them to AGPR once they saw how LARGE these dogs were! My second was Cotton and this big boy was a butt biter but I loved him anyway. Sassy came into my life two years ago during Covid and after Cotton unexpected died peacefully in his sleep. Sassy was supposed to be a foster but after several weeks with her, I knew I could not return her to the kennels in Richmond. She was very fearful and would not eat and would not come out of the upstairs closet. With alot of help from many different professionals including a holistic veterinarian (and two chinese herbs), this very sweet dog was officially adopted and became the dog I will always say is the BEST PYRENEES EVER..... I cannot describe how undeniably sweet she is. And I pledge to care for her and give her the life she deserves as long as she lives. I am sure she will be embarrassed to have her photo posted on the cover (our goal) or she might grace the covers of the many months! Please vote for Sassy!
