Animal Savers Rescue (ASR) is holding its first annual online photo contest to raise funds to help rescue, care for and rehome cats and dogs in need. ASR receives no financial support from any national or local humane organization. Programs are supported solely by donations, adoptions and fundraising events. ASR is an IRS-designated 501(c)(3) charity, making all donations tax deductible.
