Your Pet's Story
At 7 months old Zuzu and her two siblings were found in an outdoor kennel at an abandoned house in Dallas Texas. She was brought to Bay Area Humane Society. We adopted her in November 2016. The first time we took her home she was terrified of everything, wouldn't even get in the car. Once at home she didn't know how to walk up a step. It took her two weeks to let out a bark! She is much better now and we are letting her take things slow. She goes to funcamp and is learning to play and have fun with other dogs. After losing our two dogs Luke & Leia I didn't know if I could love another fur baby. But Zuzu has made our house alive again! We love our little Zuzu and we can't imagine life without her.
