Waffles was surrendered by her owner in January 2022 at PVSEC when she became very ill. Alli knew that she she’d be a perfect pup for Biggies. PVSEC fixed her up and her foster dad Andrew did a great job getting her all healed. In February 2022, we said goodbye to our sweetest Baby Seal (another Biggies calendar pup who was a not-so-hospice-foster-fail), and knew immediately when Waffles was available for adoption in April 2022 that she would make a perfect addition to our household. In a word, she’s perfect! She loves all the humans and all the food! She rarely barks (unless it is a delivery person or a squirrel or a vacuum), gets the best velvet house hippo zoomies, and nurses on her favorite stuffed toys and blankets. She boops her toys with her nose to get them to squeak and her humans if she wants their attention. She can hear the sound of a plastic bag/wrapper from a mile away and loves nothing more than couch snuggles. She’s got a head the size of a basketball, a wonky back leg and super stumpy legs. Waffles is the best sausage-y doggo and we love her to the moon!
