Penny is a foster-failed CCAR alum. She's a sweet little pup that loves to hang out with her friends at the dog park, chase after squirrels, and force you to pet her! She was very upset when I told her she'd have to go to sleep before Santa came, apparently he told her she's his little helper or something. She'd like to thank everyone for voting for her and she's hoping to be Miss October next year!
