He LOVES to give kisses, snuggling, and playing just like all happy healthy pups. But most of all he loves loves his humans and his adopted brother and sister. Cooper keeps up with the big dogs for sure. He is so smart and silly. Never meets a stranger and has already made his first visit to the nursing home.

Your Pet's Story or Bio
I originally came to CARA for a little girl pup I saw on the news. I had no idea that the little brother would steal my heart. He had the markings of a moo cow but his sweet wiry whiskers made him unique. He was found with his three brothers and sister who were all strays with their mom. This little guy is lucky and loved but I truly think WE are the lucky ones. He has a forever home with us. Vote for Cooper!
