Romeo Joe was found as a stray covered in ticks. Now he is thriving and living his best life. He is the sweetest boy, loves to cuddle, and has the best smile. While he is still a puppy with all the energy, the thing he wants most is to cuddle up on your lap to get the pets and loving he very well deserves.
