Meet Stan, the charming dog we adopted from Dachshund Rescue South Florida four years ago. He's grown into a handsome, muscular 20-lb companion with brilliant green eyes. Stan dislikes getting wet but adores basking in the sunshine, always seeking a warm spot for a nap. Travelling across the country, he settled in Los Angeles three years ago, where he has won the hearts of everyone he meets and has been a source of inspiration for others to adopt dogs. His natural love for fetch has been a delightful surprise, and we often have to hide tennis balls to prevent him from overexerting himself. A fun quirk is our tendency to create elaborate stories about his adventures, like being the first dog on Mars or the first dog to climb Mt Everest alone. Stan's boundless personality and endearing charm make each day unforgettable.
