We rescued Frankie from the floods in Joplin, MO when he was about 3 years old. We think.... He has been such a wonderful doggie and had one other older sibling that is gone now :-( but he also has another brother and sister that were rescued too. Artie- 3 years old and Shelby approximately 11 years old as well as a brother and sister cat. Please vote for him because he loves everyone he meets and they love him. Words can't express how much we love this baby boy!!! On top of that that he also survived surgery on his back and handled it like a champ 3 years ago. We are in Largo, FL right now for 7 years from Chicago,IL
