I adopted Mittens over 3 years ago and she is the love of my life. Gentle, sweet and kind are a few words I would use to describe her. Mittens is incredibly chatty, has a wardrobe full of costumes and her own bedroom. She was diagnosed with diabetes sometime ago. We were able to reverse the diabetes for a while, but it has since come back. Her diabetes is managed through medication and her diet. Her favorite thing to do is go for walks outside. She often throws tantrums to ensure she gets walked. While Mittens is not a DCIN rescue, I truly appreciate your organization and know that Mittens would want to help other cats with her condition as well.
