This is Jasper and he was rescued from Hampton, VA. I was in a search for my own kitty and when I stumbled in at a local Petco I just loved them all! As I was checking them all out Jasper stood out above the rest wanting attention. The worker opens up his cage and out he comes crawling right up on my shoulder! 6 years later he still loves to hang on anyone's shoulder and will even walking on a leash thanks to the workers caring for him. He has moved cross country twice and even overseas to Japan and back. Has gone camping numerous times during the summer and winter. Last fall he 'hiked' up Chimney Rock! He has been such a blessing and going through DKA twice along with having DKA, Pancreatitis, and a bladder infection all at once. He surely is one happy, spoiled sugar kitty.
