Carly is moderately mentally handicapped. She is a bright, vibrant girl with an intense love for baseball. This picture captures everything that the game means to her. She loves the wide open space of the field where you are free to be who God meant you to be. When she puts on her uniform, she is just like everyone else. Baseball is for everyone. Even a girl who has a disability.
