Miss Lucy was one out of thirteen puppies who were rescued from a backyard breeder, along with her mother and two other Pitbulls as well. We adopted her at thirteen weeks old and she has been our bundle of joy ever since! We always call her Doofy because she has a silly personality and she tends to make funny faces, her slight underbite usually causes her lips to get caught on her teeth which leaves us with a smile always. Lucy loves all, she spends her days at the dog park playing with her friends or at the beach as well. She also enjoys staying at home cuddling on the couch with us or shes usually busy engaging with her two older siblings Maximus and Komoko, who are her adopted feline brothers as well.
In this photo we were on our way home from the dog park, Lucy and I were having a silly face contest. Sometimes just looking at her makes her excited, she automatically thinks your playing with her. Lucy began barking so I decided to take pictures in slow motion, I figured they would come out goofy! I was able to capture one of her more "funnier" faces she makes, although she has a variety of more.
Miss Lucy has a very happy go-lucky personality, shes always smiles except for when she sleeps. She would love to be featured if she wins this contest! Thank you :)
