Pet's Story or Bio
This little white floof goes by many names: Cosmo, Costco, Cosmo Cornelius, Cosmopolitan, Old Man, and Cosmo-lo-lo. A mysterious ball of mystery, no one knows his origin, other than he was released from the pen (Oregon Humane Society) in 2015 with almost no teeth and a goofy smile. Some say he was raised by opossums, others that's he's actually part cat.
All we know for certain is that he'll tell you whatever you want to hear in exchange for a nice lap, and maybe a treat. A word of warning, he's a licker, not a fighter.
