Pet's Story
We adopted Gracie from the Human Society December of 2011. My boys wanted a dog desperately and we made is a common practice to visit the Human society for nearly 2 years. After moving into a new home with a fenced in yard, we knew it would be soon to finding our new family member. We walked into the front door on that Friday afternoon, and there she was. Running around the lobby with her 2 siblings, she was only 8 weeks old. Learning that she was abandoned at only 5 weeks old, it tugged at our hearts. When asked, do you want to take her home today, we knew our search was over. She is by far the best pet we have ever had. She is kind and gentle to all animals and people she has ever met (even to the toad)
