I adopted Louis, the chug (Chihuahua/pug) mix from It Takes a Village, in 2014, when he was just a little puppy. I had always considered myself a "big dog" person until I met this little guy, and instantly fell in love. He has so much personality!!! He and I both appreciate your votes to help out It Takes a Village save and protect more puppies like Louis.
