Meet Wrigley -
I thought I was doing the right thing... 7 years ago I had a job change and didn't know how I would keep her. I gave her to a 'friend' that ended up abusing her and you could see every rib! Thankfully I got her back and I turned to an IL based Weim rescue but no one wanted her because she was 'pycho'. It was breaking my heart! Thankfully my mom, stepfather and brother 'fostered' her for a year until I could change my situation! After a year I changed my situation and got her back! It breaks my heart every time I look in her eyes to know that she might have died in the wrong hands. Our job at MHWR is VERY important. We don't judge. We foster, we love and we adopt. Wrigley is my rock!
