Your Pet's Rescue Story
While I may have physically rescued Schuyler, she was the one who really rescued me. I adopted Schuyler in 2020 at the age of 2 when the world was pretty tough. I lost my dream job and the one who kept me going was Schuyler. She was so shy when I first got her, but within a week or so she became my little bestie. She gave me a purpose and a friend to come home to. We became best friends, and I don’t know what if do without her. Schuyler knows exactly how I’m feeling, and when I’ve had a bad day she is right there next to me watching Gilmore Girls. She’s had a few obstacles in her life but she doesn’t let them keep her down. She loves to sit out on the porch and bask in the sunlight and loves staring at the moon! She also loves listening to Taylor Swift, her favorite album is Midnights (duh! Karma is a Cat)! I call her my little cinnamon roll because when she curls up sleeping she looks just like one. I’ve never met a cat that loves belly rubs the way she does and who can look at you and know exactly what you’re feeling. I can’t imagine my life without my sweet girl, and I’m beyond grateful for her everyday.
