Hi, I'm Louis!

I'm a fun three-year-old guy who likes travelling, cuddling by the fire, eating all sorts of foods, watching wildlife videos on my iPad, and going for long walks in the park- don't worry, I'm always on leash. I'm a bit shy at first, but once I get to know you, I'm pretty easy going and I love to chat.

When I was a baby, my mom found me in a dumpster behind her apartment. It was the end of a very cold and rainy Canadian October day and I guess my first family didn't want me because I'm a really dark brown, almost black cat. My mom took me to the vet and they guessed my age at 15 weeks old based on my teeth and some of the cool things I could already do, even though I was really small and didn't weigh enough. My new mom wasn't sure she was going to keep me, but after a few days together I had her hooked- she was eating out of my paw!!

Now, I'm not your average cat. I do all sorts of things. For example, I don't have a litter box- I use the toilet. I also like to do all sorts of tricks in return for yummy treats. I'm currently learning to do patty-cake! My favourite places to sit are on my mom's shoulder while she's studying or on the window ledge where I can watch the world go by. I'm not scared of much, just new people- and bubbles. Yeah, I know it's a bit silly, but I just don't like bubbles. Otherwise, I'm a really happy guy because I think I'm a pretty lucky cat!

I just want to raise a few extra dollars to help other pets in the future make it to their forever homes. There is nothing more important than that!
