Rules

By submitting an entry, you agree to abide by the following rules, terms and legal conditions (the "Rules").

The Contest submission period shall begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on August 1, 2017, and ends 9:00 p.m. EST on Aug 31, 2017. The winners will be notified by email or on our Facebook page. Winners will be determined by number of votes received.

People may submit multiple entries. Entries will be eligible for use in the OESR 2018 calendar.

Contestants must provide their name and email address for purposes of being notified as the winner.

Contestants shall retain all rights in the content of their entry submission, however, by submitting your photo for this Contest, you grant OESR unrestricted royalty-free right to use your photo for the calendar, as well as for calendar-related promotions on our website and on social media. Your name (and Setter name/s) will be displayed on the calendar along with your photo.

By entering the Contest, you are confirming that you are the sole owner of all information submitted to OESR (or you have received permission from the owner to submit on his /her behalf).

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

If, for any reason, OESR determines that the Contest is not capable of continuing as planned, OESR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.

The next 12 winners will be assigned a month by the OESR team.
