(Aileen & Morningbell & Ashley & Calvin) This is one of my all time favorite photos! It was taken on a cold summer day in Berkeley, CA in August 2017. Aileen & Ashley, shown here with Morningbell & Calvin respectively, were wrapping up a big day of pigeon diplomacy at Berkeley Humane’s Bark Around the Block outreach & adoption event & this photo captures the love, fun & connection that we get from this work.
