What's the story?
Jake and Rosie are very much in love, but they are both blind. They lost their sight when a human being dyed them green. Thankfully, they have a deep love for each other and a stable and caring home. But, this year, Rosie was very ill. She stayed at Medical Center for Birds for quite a while (with Jake), but she also needed nursing care thereafter (graciously provided by Elizabeth). When Rosie came home, Jake and Rosie stayed just like this for days.
