Blair is an ex-racing pigeon that found her way from central Pennsylvania to northern West Virginia and into the hands of Emily Riska at Pigeons as Pets Rescue (Fairmont, WV). She loves her new family's two story living room, napping on the couch, and, of course, bathing in every sink, dog bowl, and water glass she can find.
