What's the story?
Lady was found as a splay-legged baby, abandoned by her parents on a kind woman's porch in South Carolina. She was taken in, treated for the worst of her splay, and raised as an indoor bird. Her rescuer loved her very much but wanted her to live a life with other birds. I connected with her through Palomacy and she drove Lady hundreds of miles to meet me- what amazing commitment. Lady is a big part of my flock now, a fierce nest and fegg protector letting nothing hold her back!
