I started drawing with pastels as a way to try to capture the amazingly vibrant colors of pigeons. I get a lot of my photo references from Palomacy's Instagram page, which is where I saw Dodo and where I learned that he is a "handsome, curious, affectionate boy looking for a home where he can be the only pigeon in the house. He will happily hang out with you while you work around the house, cook, and watch TV.Let him sit on your shoulder long enough and he may reward you with gentle kisses on your cheeks and eyebrows."
