Frankie has a loving home with my friend Chris, but over Christmas this year he had an unexplained ailment and came to recuperate at my house. He was rescued with severe injuries which led to extensive arthritis. While visiting me he married his beloved stuffed animal Lamby, despite having no previous interest in pigeon or stuffed animal mates. He is now feeling better and back home living the plush life. Frankie is an example of how resilient and amazing pigeons are when faced with trauma - he inspires me every day.
