Shae and Roy exploring their new Birdio! I had seen a photo of a Catio like this, and dreamt of making one for my birds, so they could safely enjoy the great outdoors whenever they wanted. I measured and drew up a plan, and with the help of some handy friends, we made the Birdio in an afternoon. The Birdio slides into the window. It has a wide landing area, and an inside lip that prevents it from falling out. It sits solidly atop an air conditioner bracket, thus preventing any damage to the building. Fun! Sun!
