Official Rules:
The Gogo Photo Contest is sponsored by Paw Prints in the Sand Animal Rescue, Inc. ("PPITS"). This contest is governed by these official rules ("Official Rules"). By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by PPITS and its agents, are final in all respects. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
- Entrants must send entries as required in the contest announcement in order to be eligible.
- No photos of personal pets, please.
- All entries must be received by 11:59 PM PST on Tuesday, March 15, 2016. Any entries received after that time are ineligible, null, and void. PPITS will not be responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries. PPITS is not responsible for entries that are sent but not received by PPITS for any reason.
- All winners will be notified via Facebook PM and on the PPITS Facebook page.
- You agree to hold PPITS and its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns harmless from and against—and hereby waive any right to pursue—any claims of any nature arising in connection with PPITS use of the Materials submitted to PPITS and used in any manner in PPITS's sole and absolute discretion.
- All entrants and winners must be at least 18 years of age.
- Prizes -‐ Those who submitted the top three winning names will receive PPITS logo items.
Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BY ENTERING THE GIVE-‐AWAY, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS PPITS AND ITS AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, PARTNERS, THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVE-‐AWAY AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. PPITS AND ITS AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, PARTNERS DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. PPITS AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, PARTNERS, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE GIVE-‐AWAY.

By participating, each entrant grants PPITS permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
