When Penny was surrendered she was only 3 years old, but it was already her third time being given up by a family. Even after so much instability, Penny is the sweetest, smartest, most willing to please dog you'll ever meet. Now in her forever home she gets to do all kinds of fun things, like agility training, trips the dog park, and outings to dog friendly restaurants. It took a few different shelters and a few different adopters, but once she was at the Animal Protection Center of Southeastern MA, Penny's journey was over!
