Daffodil was rescued from the street by Cat Support Network. While in a foster home CSN found a litter of abandoned new born kittens. Daffodil's foster mommy thought that maybe Daffodil could help. The baby kittens were put on Daffodil's bed. She was curious, and went to investigate. Within minutes, she laid down with the babies and began to clean them. She allowed them to cuddle up and even nurse, although Daffodil wasn't lactating she let them latch on. She became their mommy. The kittens were bottle fed by a volunteer, but Daffodil did all the rest of the work.
The Power of Together for this little group was beautiful to see. Together, the kittens survived, together they became a family. There were 5 kittens in total that Daffodil cared for, from 3 different litters.
Since then all of the kittens were adopted into loving families and Daffodil found her own forever home just last week.
