This is Milo (left) & Tate (right). Milo & Tate were both adopted from Animal House Shelter in Huntley, IL. Tate was adopted as a kitten in November of 2009 & Milo was adopted as a kitten in May of 2013. Bringing a new kitten into the household was quite an adjustment. This picture was taken soon after Milo's adoption & is a favorite of mine. I love the way their paws are touching as if they are holding hands. It was this picture that eased my nerves & let me know in my heart that everything would work out. Soon after this pic was taken I could see an unbreakable bond had formed; these two had become true brothers & best friends for life. I am eternally grateful to the Animal House Shelter for bringing us together. Nearly a year later it is very apparent that Milo filled a huge void in Tate's life & in my life; life for us is definitely better together!
