Missy has been part of our family for the past 13 years. I found her in the middle of the winter in a barn on the property. She appeared to be very young--less than a year old and she had a meow that could be heard from a distance! She has become "Mom" to everyone through the years. Although she's never had kittens, she adopted the feral kittens I brought into the house and treated them like they were her own. Even now that they are adults, she continues to dote on them. One of my vets described Missy as "one very happy cat". She has a purr that is so loud she tends to vibrate when she purrs, and she loves everyone, whether they have two or four legs. Not only has she been a wonderful addition to our home, she has also made life better for her four legged companions!
