Pet's Story
Cali was rescued from the Monroe County Animal Shelter when my husband I decided our other older rescue needed a friend. It was love at first site between my husband and Cali. She was the first one he saw entering the shelter, and even with persuasion to keep looking around, we went back and adopted her. They have a bond like no other, and she sleeps next to his head every night. Although she is quite sassy, she makes up for it with lots of love and kisses. Little miss sassy pants has loads of love to give!
