He's a tactile little dude, always touching or grabbing what he wants. His specialty is turning cat haters into cat lovers.

Pet's Story
Sir Richard Parker bounded into our arms at the Bloomington Animal Shelter in late 2014. What he lacks in size, he makes up for in personality.

"Rip" announces his arrival upon entering any room and cries to be held after breakfast. He loves our other adopted pets, although I can't say they feel the same about him. Night time is the right time for waking up EVERYONE in the house with horseplay and the murder of any flying insect that dares to enter our home. His most recent discovery is the joy of running around the sides of the mattress like a poltergeist at 6 am.

His hobbies include watching the chickens through the window, teasing our two old dogs and trying to make his great escape to take over the neighborhood. Oh, and turning into a cat loaf in his toy basket (as seen in above photo). He's a vocal boy, with a lot on his mind. He loves being held and kissed and generally doted on. Isn't that what every cat deserves?
