Remy will sometimes climb up into our laps uninvited to snuggle, even though he's 35 lbs. and doesn't really fit up there.

Pet's Story
We adopted Remy from English Springer Rescue Association just 7 months ago. He has been the perfect addition to our family and helped us get through the heartbreak of our previous rescued Springer having passed away last year. He's very loyal and protective (almost TOO protective; he likes to bark through the window ALOT at dogs walking by). He likes to play with other dogs at the dog park and go for long walks, but he enjoys hanging out at home with the kids equally as well. This photo was from a time when he asked him if he wanted to go to the dog park and chase balls - he was in the car before any of us could get in! We have had a hard time getting him to sleep on his bed (on the floor) at night because he's so happy snuggling with us; we have mixed feelings about it too, but we definitely sleep better when he's not up there - it's much easier to turn over when he's not draped over our legs!
