All proceeds of this contest go directly to Operation Paw Time, Inc for the care, maintenance and supplies of the animals in our care while waiting for homes.
Contest entry and voting dates/time (4/14/2017 6:00am – 6/4/2017 9:00pm)
Entry fee is $5 per photo, you may enter as many photos as you like.
Voting is $1 per vote with a minimum of $5 vote.
- Reserve a day option is $10 per each day reserved.
For the winning photo to appear in the calendar the photo must be horizontal/landscape format, clear, good quality, high resolution (dpi 300 or higher) and able to print to 8.5x11 without loss of quality. Entrant will be contacted to submit another photo if it is of lesser quality, failure to provide a photo with the above stated guidelines will disqualify entrant from any prize, photo from placement in the calendar and another entrant will be selected.
- No people are allowed in submitted photos, pets only please.
All entries must be completed online through the contest page, sorry we cannot accept hard copies of photos, voting or entries by other means.
All photos entered into the contest must be legally owned by the entrant.
All entrants must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
Photo formats accepted are JPG, PNG.
- Reserving a day to honor your pet does not enter you into the contest. Entrants are allowed to both enter the contest and reserve a day. Entrants may use a different photo than used in contest when reserving a day.
Once photo is submitted, the photo becomes the property of Operation Paw Time, Inc which may, at its discretion, copy, edit, alter, and publish photo for use of any marketing purposes without compensation or permission to the photographer, individual, pet, etc. The owner of the photo does not relinquish rights to use the photo.
Donations through voting and entry are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Receipt of your submission email is a sufficient tax receipt.
Donations from voting, entering contest and reserve a day are non-refundable for any reason.
Operation Paw Time, Inc reserves the right to deny, remove and/or disqualify any and all photos at its discretion for any reason.
Operation Paw Time, Inc reserves the right to cancel, postpone, make alterations to the contest and its rules, prizes, etc. for any reason at any time.
By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions made by Operation Paw Time, Inc.
Winning photos will be placed in the calendar at the sole discretion of Operation Paw Time, Inc, excluding any entrant purchasing a specific block date or other placement in the calendar.
In accepting a prize, the winner acknowledges that Operation Paw Time, Inc may not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury associated with accepting or using the prize(s).
In the instance of a tie for first place prize, Operation Paw Time, Inc reserves the right to use both photos as the cover or select one photo as the winner at its discretion.
- All photos submitted must be of good taste. Any inappropriate photo will be removed and disqualified.
