Hi!

My name is Noel and this is Shine's story. Shine was my furry partner in crime and my best friend for close to 12 1/2 years. This photo was taken in Mammoth Lakes, on one of our many camping/backpacking trips. He loved road trips! He also enjoyed coming to work with me.

If you were having a bad day Shine knew exactly what to do to cheer you up. And if he ever came across someone sad and crying he'd lick their face until the tears of sorrow turned into tears of joy. He wouldn't leave your side until he was sure you were okay.

Shine lost his 4 year battle with kidney disease and was put to rest in the comforts of our home this past February. And even though he's no longer with us the memories he's left behind will remain long after I am gone.
