Prevent A Litter is holding the Picture Pawfect Photo Contest to start a permanent spay/neuter fund for all feral and community cats that come in for surgery with us. At this time, PAL does not have funds to cover the cost of surgery for these cats; this leaves the financial burden on the colony caretakers. By helping us to raise money to start this fund you will be contributing to helping feral and community cats in Richmond and beyond. Every dollar donated will be matched by the Community Cats Grant Program, so each submission and vote will contribute even more to our fund. This means each dollar you donate will actually be two dollars to help feral and community cats!
