Vinny came from Marin Humane where he'd been adopted out and came back blind and suffering from all kinds of ailments. They tagged him as human aggressive and Reunion pulled him. He is anything but human aggressive and the smartest boy around. He figured out how to retrieve the ball and run up and down two flights of steps instantly!
