Pet's Story/Bio
Percy was rescued by Reunion Rescue in May 2012 when he was just 3 mos old. According to shelter staff at Shafter ACC, Percy was abandoned in a field covered in ticks and his belly full of worms. He was scheduled to be euthanized the following day.
