Dougie should be the next face of SNAP because Dougie "gets it." Being a mascot for a Houston-area rescue, he fights the good fight each and every day against pet over population and the devastating result of NOT spaying and neutering. In addition, he thinks his cuter than cute face could raise quite a bit of money for SNAP.
