Pet's Story
Melissa was rescued by SDHRS from Warner Springs last summer. She spent several months at the SDHRS before she found her forever home in La Jolla in February 2017 with her mom, Kelley. Melissa and Kelley are two peas in a pod, and Melissa is so happy in her new home! She enjoys relaxing during the day, and emerging from her Cottontail cottage at night for "active hour". Her favorite foods are dandelion greens and endive, while her favorite treat is Cran Rose mix from Hopper's Garden. Melissa can be a little shy at first but she has a big personality and sense of curiosity, and loves to give her mom bunny kisses!
