Harley was 13 years old when he was left at the Humane Shelter. His coat was dirty and matted, and he was overweight and had trouble walking. We don’t know his past, or how he wound up where he did, but once adopted he never looked back. He greets every day with a smile and a wagging tail. He is patient, tolerant, loves other dogs, people, and life in general. He is an excellent Spokesdog for pet adoption, and he sweetly encourages people to consider adopting a senior dog. For all these reasons, Harley is a hero.
