In 100 words or less, tell us why your pet is your hero and why he/she should win the "Rescue Roast" coffee label contestTurnip almost didn't come home with me from the humaine society - he was so scared there that you couldn't even see him in his kennel he was hiding so far back under his bed. But somehow he ended up being "the one" and since he's come home with us he's blossomed into such an awesome dog. He's happy wherever his people are, whether it's hiking on the trails or chilling on a patio downtown. He loves everyone he meets on our nightly strolls downtown - I think he believes he's the official greeting committee of Flagstaff!
