Why I am a Ravishing Rescue?
Eddie Spaghetti was truly the Very Best Cat(tm). A beautiful Maine Coon, he was huge in both body and spirit.

Eddie was a commercial actor as a kitten, but as he got older, his desire for fame was overtaken by his desire for snacks and pets. It's hard to focus on your cue when all you want are ear scritches! When showbiz didn't pan out, he spent nearly 5 years at a rescue, waiting for his forever home. Once adopted, he became everyone's favorite cat, using his mellow vibe and reverberating purr to convince even affirmed dog people that cats are pretty cool. It helped that Eddie was a dog in a cat's body; he played fetch, would pet himself by ramming his head into your leg, and he would stick his tongue out and drool when he was happy - it was his Spaghetti Sauce. Eddie didn't let his massive size deter him from being the snuggliest lap cat. He was a wonderful Foster Dad to the kittens his human would bring home, cuddling with them and showing them all the ways to be a Good Kitty.

Eddie spent nearly a decade loving his humans and just being a joy of a cat. Sadly he passed away in 2019, and though he's not physically with us anymore, his memory lives on in our hearts and his drool stains live on on our couch.
