Why I am a Ravishing Rescue?
"I came to my folks on Mother's Day Monday 2005 in 99F weather. Rescued by our best friend Rita, from a wheel well in her car in the Trader Joe's Corporate parking lot ,after dark. I was about 5 weeks old. "
Chick Savoy was a feral kitten of the company cat ( on the books as TJ 's outside grounds pest control. )

This little boy was a bold one and tiny. Our vet, John Winters, fell in love at first sight! His cat mom had trained him well. Used the box and ate like a champ right away! He has grown to be a big, very tall, indoor cat; still kittenish, sweet natured, well mannered and VERY smart. In love with his dad, but not his sister Olive. Another rescue!

We are well and truly in love with these two. Rescues are such wonderful kittens and cats. They seem to know they are going to a safe and loving place and even if they require some socializing, special vet care and/or all your patience; they are gifts to be cherished.
