Why I am a Ravishing Rescue?
When I was a baby living in Washington state, I got really sick. I was having trouble breathing, I was sneezing a lot, and my eyes and ears hurt. Then the person who was supposed to care for me didn’t want me anymore, so I was taken to a kill shelter. I was weak and couldn’t even eat on my own, so a little tube was put down my throat and into my tummy so that I could get food. My sinuses, ears, lungs and eyes became infected. One of my eyes was destroyed and the other one was severely damaged. I was very tiny and very scared!

Then one day, a lady arrived, saying she flew in an airplane all the way from California just to meet me! When she saw my photo from a rescue site, she fell in love, even though I am not perfect and will always be special needs! Can you believe it?!! I was a little shy at first, but it didn’t take long for me to love her back. I got to ride by my human in a fancy carrier on an airplane back to my new home! Now, 7 years later, I live with 3 cat siblings. I love finding popsicle sticks and zip ties to bring to my human as gifts. Sometimes I leave them on her pillow as a special surprise. I also love making biscuits and going for walks in the sling. But by bestest favorite thing is purring super loud and snuggling with my human. She thinks I am perfect.
