I was adopted or rescued!

A little about me...
Marvel was a marvel - a rescue named because it was truly a marvel that he was saved during a cold winter Christmas holiday night. He was spotted near death on the side of the road faintly whimpering and totally abandoned, He was so small he could fit in the palm of your hand. Nearly lifeless, he was so hungry and in so much pain he could barley open his eyes.

We warmed him, we fed him, we cuddled and nurtured him in our home. Our goal was simply to save him. We tracked his weight two times per day to ensure we saw growth and positive vital signs - we did and with a month, he grew, and grew, and grew. And he could run really fast and jump off furniture leaping with enthusiasm. It was almost as if he knew he cheated death and was making up for it by living each day to the fullest.

Fully healed and healthy Marvel was a true charmer with energy, playfulness, cuteness and purrs to melt your heart. A good balance of a lover /snuggle bug and a street fighter, he was always a barrel of laughs. He brought us endless laughter and smiles for years.
