One day in March 2014 I saw a post on Two by Two's Facebook page about an American Bulldog named Carlos that was needing a foster. Carlos had been hit by a car, had a broken leg, and was heartworm positive. I was immediately drawn to him and asked to be his foster. He ended up having two more surgeries before his leg healed and he could fully walk on it. His heartworm treatment went well also. Over the months of fostering Carlos I fell in love with him. When Two by Two put up a pre-adoption post for Carlos with his picture I started crying at the thought of not having him in my life. I immediately filled out the application to adopt him. That was July 2014. Carlos is such a sweet boy! He loves being in my lap while I'm watching tv or snuggled up beside me while I sleep. Everyday when I come home from work he bounces and dances all around so happy to see me.
