Baxter was left for dead by his previous owners. A special angel found him and took him to the Humane Society where they would not do anything for him because they thought he was too far gone. But two by two rescue didn't give up on him and this is what he looks like today, he is a beautiful happy bundle of pure love. Snuggles are his specialty. He loves to eat but he loves to cuddle even more. Snuggles are his specialty. And he loves to eat but he loves to cuddle even more. And when he looks at you with those eyes you just melt. His body has scars from his previous life, but not his heart.
